How do I make a booking?
- Visit www.silenthillstudios.com,
 - click make a booking,
 - select the date and time you want,.
 - log in or sign up,
 - enter the requested details and confirm.
 - You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details and access code.
 
I haven’t received my access code
- Access codes get sent out via email 2 hours before your session so it’s fresh in your inbox when you need it. You might just be too eager!
 - Check your junk / spam folder
 - Check you entered your email address correctly.
 - If you still haven’t received your code, give us a call on 01483 399534 or send us a WhatsApp message on the same number and we can re-issue your code.
 
I’ve got my code but it’s not working.
- Double check the code
 - Check start / end times (the code will only work from10 minutes before your session time to 10 minutes after your session time)
 - Press the # key and wait for 30 seconds before trying again.
 - If it’s still not working, give us a call on 01483 399534 or send us a WhatsApp message on the same number. and we can issue you a new code.
 
The equipment isn’t working (desk / speakers / mics etc).
- A step by step ‘how to’ guide and problem solving checklist can be found in your room directly above the desk, but here are some basics:
 - Check the power is on both at the plug and on the desk and speakers
 - Check the master fader, channel fader, channel gain, speaker volume
 - Check mute buttons (including on the Mic)
 - Try another lead
 - Try another mic

- Let us know straight away! Give us a call on 01483 399534 or send us a WhatsApp message on the same number. We need to know immediately if anything’s gone missing, and we can issue you a code for our spares cupboard so you’ve got everything you need for your session.

- If you need any equipment from our spares room, please give us a call on 01483 399534 or send us a WhatsApp message on the same number and we can issue you a temporary code to access what you need.
 
Why have I just had my card charged
- You have an upcoming booking with us, and you’ve just entered the 48 hour cancellation period.
